Functional Fitness

These classes equip you for the most important type of physical fitness, the kind that preps you for real-life, daily living stuff like bending, twisting, lifting, loading, pushing, pulling, squatting and hauling. There’s a strength component that requires one month of previous barbell experience.


The mobility class is a combination of multiple methods of stretching, foam rolling, muscle pain release, and movement quality improvement.


We have a mix of fitness yoga and flow to help clients achieve strength and lengthening while pairing with breathing and relaxation.

Muscular Endurance

Boot camp style meets HIIT. These classes pair supersets with HIIT and high intensity movements with little rest.
